Two of the most consecrated names in the history of K-1, Ernesto Hoost and Francisco Filho dueled three times on the Japanese ring, which a Hollander vantage of 2x1. Despite the rivalry they once have, Hoost and Filho, nowadays retired from the rings, accepted the invitation and enrolled a historical Face to Face, published on this months’s edition of TATAME Magazine. On the article, which you can check by subscribing TATAME, Ernesto and Francisco interviewed each other, talked about their careers, the importance of the martial art on their lives and a lot more. “I liked the sound of the word “KickBoxing” even before I knew what it meant (laughs)”, remind Hoos, who also made Filho make his official announcement of retirement.
