Photo personal file

Putting his Sengoku middleweight belt in line for the second time, Jorge Santiago had a real war with Kazuo Misaki, who he had submitted before, on a GP finale, when he became the champion. On a five round fight, Jorge and Kazuo battled until 29 seconds left in the fifth round, where Misaki’s corner threw the towel. Another Brazilian who got into action, Leonardo Santos won because of Sotaro Yamada declassification, who applied some painful illegal knees.
