After two editions on 2009, Shine Fights was the biggest promise for 2010. The first edition of the years was supposed to be on March, but was postponed to May. Rafael Sapo, one of the many Brazilians hired by these year’s organization, is not confirmed to the show on May 15th on North Carolina, US. He got tired of waiting.
"I had signed the contract with Shine, but as they gave me no opponent yet for the show in May, I asked them to let me fight in another event, because I'm not fighting for a while and I can’t lose the rhythm" explains the Brazilian, who had four fights in 2009, but has not fight this year yet.
"They agreed, so I closed up the Moosinusa contract, an event that will be very cool in Boston and Tim Sylvia will fight against Pudzianowski as the main fight. I will fight with a former challenger for the title of the UFC, Travis Lutter, and I'm sure it will be the greatest fight of my life. I am very pleased with this opportunity,” says to TATAME.
After training with the elite names in the international MMA, such as Georges St. Pierre, Ricardo Almeida, Frankie Edgar and Renzo Gracie, the fighter is excited for the UFC 112, an event that happens on Saturday. "Keep an eye on UFC 112, Renzo and Frank Edgar are going to the fights with only one goal, victory. Both are very well prepared and I'm sure the result will not be any different ", he bets. |
