World champion in the blue and purple belts, Ary Farias, the Aryzinho (Checkmat), won one more title to his collection. In action at the World Championship of Jiu-Jitsu with the purple belt, the fighter took home the gold medal among the feathers.
Finalizing all his opponents, Aryzinho repeated the dose against Samir Chantre (Carlson Gracie) in the semifinal, with an key lock, in just 94 seconds. To face Aryzinho in the final, Bruno Sena beat his opponent in the semifinal. After opening 6x0 on the scoreboard, the athlete of the Nova União ended with a bottleneck, with just over three minutes of fight.
Coming with moral to the final, Bruno ended defeated in only 48 seconds. Finalizing again standing, Aryzinho got the title for Checkmate. "It’s a position that I don’t even like a lot, but is championship and nobody can play... Here the son cries, the mother and father watch, but can’t help", plays the fighter, celebrating another title, full of finalizations on the road.
"Thank God I finalized all my fights, I’m very happy... This is the result of a very intense training for a time that I spent training with the Megaton.
