If inside the ring and octagons Antonio "Bigfoot" Silva has defeated all his opponents, the Brazilian hasn’t had much luck out of them. After seeing the EliteXC close the doors and be accused of doping, Silva was again convicted on appeal in the California Athletic Commission, but didn’t give up and appeals now for the civil court. "The hearing against the California Athletic Commission is scheduled for April 2nd, and we are very hopeful for a verdict favorable to us", said Alex Davis, manager of the fighter. "We are with Howard Jacob, a very famous lawyer here in the United States, and he is very confident that Bigfoot will be released". |
